Remember our Top Tips to saving money on your gym membership:

  • Offpeak / Peak: Most gyms offer a cheaper membership option if you use plan to visit outside of the peak workout times. Think about when you are most likely to go
  • Location: Most people decide on which gym to join based on which is closest to their home or work. Make sure you shop around and check out how many gyms are in your area and how much each costs
  • Haggle: It’s always worth trying – Some gyms will be prepared to drop the sign up fee if you are signing up to a 12 month contract. What’s the worst they will say?
  • Free Pass: Most gyms these days require you to sign up to  at least a 12 month contract – they can’t expect you to sign up without giving the gym a test drive first. Some clubs offer a free day pass, others offer up to 2 weeks trial, although these are not always free. Check out our latest deals page to find out more
  • Use your friends: Many gyms offer their members free guest passes for their friends or family & will also reward them for any members they introduce. Plus it’s more fun and incentive to go to the gym with a friend so you’ll likely get more out of your membership
