Fitness First offer a range of memberships to suit your needs and lifestyle – whether you want the ability to use any Fitness First club at any time or you only plan to visit your nearest club at certain times:

  • Gold Membership: This is a minimum 4 month contact which allows reciprocal use of other fitness first clubs & unlimited use of all facilities during all open hours
  • Lifestyle Reciprocal: The is a 12 month minimum contract that allows reciprocal use of other clubs and can be used at any time. It represents a 15% discount on the Gold Membership
  • Express: This is a 12 month minimum contract that offers superb value, with unlimited access during opening hours to your home club only
  • Off Peak Membership: 12 month minimum contract which allows you use of your home club at restricted times of the day
  • Student: 4 or 12 months contract with reciprocal use of clubs at restricted times. NUS student card is required
  • Over 55: 12 month minimum contract allowing use of your home club at restricted times
